Giving a 4 rating for the proximity to the beach. Location is great as one is close to restaurants, shops and also to the beach.. This place has villas, so one could rent a 2 or 3 bhk type villas.. About 200mtr walk to the condolim beach.. Been visiting this place for over 5 years now..
