Of S&J Hospitality

  • Check-in time: From 14:00 hrs.
  • Check-out time: Until 11:00 hrs.
  • Incase of Balance/Full payment needs to be paid at the time of check-in.
  • Please note that while going to bed, you should lock the doors and windows of your room.
  • Visitors, Attendants, Drivers, Servants or Associates are strictly not permitted in the villa.
  • Only friendly pets are allowed.
  • For security purpose, all Indian guests are required to present a valid photo ID proof, (Voter’s ID, Driving License, Aadhar Card, and any other ID with address approved by the Government of India. A Pan Card is not acceptable). All international guests are required to present a valid passport and visa. For Indian guests, cash settlements of INR 25000 and above will require a PAN card copy during check In/Out.
  • Early Departure Fees: Please note that the guest has to confirm the check-out date at the time of check-in. Guest can check-out early, however they will be charged 100% retention as per the initial check out date that they had specified.
  • Outside food is allowed in the villa premises. Kindly ensure that there is no littering so that cleanliness and hygiene can be maintained at all times.
  • Personal Bluetooth speakers or any electrical appliances or musical instruments may be used only with prior permission of the management (Loud music is strictly not allowed in or outside the villa as it is a residential area).
  • Personal electronic items are not permitted for use in the room or in the villa.
  • Rooms will be cleaned daily, or on alternate days even in the absence of the guest between 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Guests are advised not to keep their belongings/valuables unlocked while leaving the room.
  • Safe Deposit Lockers are provided in all the four rooms. Kindly use them to keep your valuables.
  • Guests are advised not to take bath towels or pool towels to the beach.
  • Laundry service is provided at reasonable rates.
  • Drying of clothes is not permitted on the balconies or on the terrace.
  • Cloth liners are provided in the bathrooms.
  • If any loss or damage to the Hotel property is caused by the guest/s or by their friends or associates, the cost and the labour charges will have to be borne by the guest.

Swimming Pool Policies:

  • Pool timing: From 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Post 7:00 pm permission will have to be taken from the management.
  • No lifeguard is on duty. Individuals using this facility should do so at their own risk.
  • Individuals should not swim unless physically qualified and have a physician’s approval to do so.
  • It is highly recommended that people under the influence of alcohol, stimulants or depressants should not use the pool.
  • No smoking.
  • Children under the age of 12 should not use the pool without parental supervision.
  • Proper swim wear Costume should be used while in the swimming pool.
  • No running around will be allowed near the swimming pool area.
  • Please immediately report any unsafe conditions to the management.
  • Please note that quiet hours will have to be observed between 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

GYM/Fitness Club Policies:

  • Use facilities and equipment with utmost care.
  • Individuals using this facility should do so at their own risk.
  • Do not lean on the equipment.
  • Keep your hands away from any moving parts.
  • Food, chewing gum, drinks (except water bottle), glass items are strictly prohibited.
  • No Smoking.
  • Children under 18 years old should be accompanied by an adult.
  • Proper fitness attire is required. Attires like dress, boots or sandals will not be not allowed.
  • In case any damaged equipment is noticed, it should be immediately brought to the notice of the management and should not be used.
  • Please return all the equipment’s to their proper place.

 

FEEDBACK OR SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT: –

Guests are requested to give their valuable suggestions of any nature whatsoever to the management in order that the same be immediately implemented and that good service is provided.

ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY S&J HOSPITALITY ARE TAXABLE.

MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD, ALTER OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE POLICIES WHICH ARE A PART AND AN ABSTRACT OF THE LODGING / ACCOMODATIONS / HOTELS ACT.
